Silent Solutions
Heating, cooling and fresh air for your sound-sensitive environment
Recording Studio Showcase
Over the years we've installed silent HVAC systems in countless recording studios across the UK and beyond — working with some of the biggest labels in the industry. These are some of our proudest projects as a family business.
Oh Wonder Studios
Home to Oh Wonder, the acclaimed British musical duo. We achieved seamless HVAC integration — a completely silent system hidden within the building fabric, delivering perfect climate control without a whisper of noise.
"Always an unbelievable service from Rob and the team. I have used them across 4 sites and would recommend them for all air conditioning needs. Incredibly trustworthy and great value."
Strongrooms
One of London's most iconic recording studio complexes, Strongrooms has hosted legendary artists from Björk to The Prodigy. We install and maintain silent air conditioning across their multiple studio spaces.
"Great work for a fair price and a really lovely crew. Always a pleasure to have them working on a job for us. I am thrilled by some of the bespoke solutions they've devised for us. Legends!"
Ten Eight Seven Mastering
A boutique mastering studio in London requiring ultra-quiet climate control for critical listening. We designed and installed a bespoke system achieving NR20 noise levels with zero vibration transfer.
"Working with Rob and his boys was absolutely painless and the results were so much more than I hoped for. My studio needed a very awkward and demanding installation which he delivered and some."
What to Know
True silent HVAC requires specialist engineering. Here's what makes these systems different — and why they're worth the investment.
New Builds & Renovations Only
Silent HVAC must be integrated into the building fabric — ductwork runs hidden through ceilings and walls with vibration-isolated mounts. Only suitable for new builds or major renovations where walls and ceilings are being opened up.
Ducted Systems & Acoustic Dissipation
To achieve real silence, a ducted system is essential — not wall-mounted units. Air flows through acoustic-lined ductwork that absorbs sound, then passes through dissipation boxes that slow airflow and eliminate turbulence before delivery. The result: completely imperceptible climate control.

Common questions about silent HVAC systems.
Yes — there are very good quality wall-mounted units that are affordable and much quieter than older systems. They won't be completely draft-free and sound-free like our ducted solutions, but they're good enough for less sensitive environments like bedrooms, offices, and living spaces.
True silent systems require integration into the building fabric — acoustic ductwork, diffusion boxes, and vibration isolation. This is typically only possible during new builds or major renovations. For existing buildings, we can recommend quieter alternatives.
