Rob visits your premises to measure the rooms and assess occupancy, glazing, insulation, equipment heat, electrical supply and possible locations for indoor and outdoor units.
System Design & Quote
We calculate the required capacity and plan equipment positions, pipework, drainage and controls. Your itemised quote includes the proposed system and installation programme.
Planned Installation
Our F-Gas certified engineers install the units, pipework, drainage, wiring and controls. Work can be phased or arranged outside your busiest trading hours where required.
Commissioning & Handover
We test operation, airflow, drainage and controls, then show your team how to use the system. You receive warranty information and an appropriate maintenance plan.

How Efficient Is Commercial Air Conditioning?
Modern air conditioning is an air-to-air heat pump, providing heating as well as cooling. Depending on the equipment and operating conditions, suitable systems can provide several units of heating or cooling for each unit of electricity consumed.
Inverter-driven compressors reduce output as rooms approach their set temperature instead of repeatedly running at full power. Zoning also means empty rooms do not need to be conditioned with occupied areas.

Before work, we discuss access, electrical requirements and any relevant building information, then install and commission refrigerant systems through F-Gas certified engineers. Larger systems may also have ongoing inspection obligations, including TM44 assessments where applicable.
